Dental Bonding
Dental Bonding is a procedure used to repair teeth, change their shape, or close the gap between teeth. A tooth-colored resin material is used that secures to existing teeth. Many times dental bonding is used to address:
- Discolored Teeth – If the staining on your teeth cannot be corrected with teeth whitening procedures, dental bonding may be able to help by covering the tooth with the same enamel shade.
- Gaps Between Teeth – Dental Bonding can be used between teeth to get rid of unwanted gaps.
- Chipped Teeth – Composite resin can be placed in the chipped area to smooth out the tooth’s appearance and camouflage the chip.
- Small, Short, Uneven Teeth – Resin applied around each tooth can make them appear larger or longer, thereby evening out uneven length teeth for a more uniform smile.
We select the proper color resin to match your teeth, so once the bonding is completed, you should not be able to tell where your natural tooth ends and where the bonding begins. Nobody will know that you’ve had dental bonding performed; the results look completely natural.
